Product Description:

Capnat 500 mg Tablet is an oral chemotherapy medication containing Capecitabine, a fluoropyrimidine carbamate antimetabolite that is converted in the body to 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), a substance that interferes with DNA synthesis in cancer cells. Capnat is used in the treatment of various cancers including:

• Breast cancer

• Colorectal cancer (colon and rectum)

Capnat is most often used in patients whose cancer has spread to other parts of the body or in combination with other chemotherapy drugs.

Mechanism of Action:
