Epofit

Epofit 4000 IU is a recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) injection used to treat anemia caused by chronic kidney disease (CKD), chemotherapy, or certain chronic illnesses. Erythropoietin is a natural hormone produced by the kidneys that stimulates the bone marrow to produce red blood cells.

In patients with kidney disease or undergoing chemotherapy, the body’s natural erythropoietin levels are often insufficient, leading to low red blood cell counts (anemia), which causes fatigue, weakness, and reduced quality of life.
