Pemnat Injection contains Pemetrexed, a chemotherapy drug used in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and malignant pleural mesothelioma. How Pemnat Injection Works

Pemetrexed is a multitargeted antifolate, meaning it inhibits several enzymes like thymidylate synthase and dihydrofolate reductase, which are essential for DNA replication and cell division.
